It has recently been brought to my attention in an important announcement by Nicky Baker on change.org that Govia Thameslink railways are (not on paper) advising their staff that if a train is running late or may possibly run late they should not assist disabled passengers and run to their  timetable. This has the potential for resulting in disabled people missing their train! Nicky has started a petition to have this reversed which I greatly support and hope other train companies don’t follow suit.
