However, despite these overwhelming hurdles and obstacles highlighted on my Home page, I have tried to carry on and lead a happy, normal, fulfilling life and I smile to hide the tears. My other priority is to raise greater complex Disability awareness.

I have a wide range of interests including PWL music, 5 News and sightseeing in UK cities.

I am also interested in news and current affairs. This has lead to my favourite programme being 5 News, with my Favourite news reporter being Simon Vigar with his just awesome red socks (Don’t know who he is? Go to the 5 News official twitter page to see him), and my favourite news presenters are Claudia-Liza Vanderpuije and Dani Sinha. but I also like to watch Ginny Buckley who is a freelance motoring journalist, and Hayley Hassall who presents Newsround on CBBC.

During this pandemic, which I have since nicknamed the second great depression, I missed going to church a lot, and used my Alexa Device to pray with and play my favourite music e.g. Tammy Wynnette. Like many other people last year, I looked at my surroundings i.e. my flat, and upgraded it e.g. did up the kitchen including buying a gas cooker. I shielded for three months during the first lockdown but for later Lockdowns we did go out within the guidelines in controlled situations. By Christmas 2019 London Zoo was already struggling for money so we did a sponsored wheelchair push in order to raise some badly needed funds for them. We raised over £150 for them! This Christmas we focused on supporting a local toy collection/distribution scheme, helping our church to collect dozens of presents to add to the grand total.
